Kelly Osbourne needs to turn her Fashion Police badge in.
The E! fashion critic attended an Art of Elysium event on Saturday with the worst makeup we've seen in a long time.
Her foundation was a sickly yellow and looked like it rubbed off in her gray hair. Her bubblegum pink lipstick was the wrong shade too. Between this and Sunday's boxy blue Golden Globes gown -- which showed off her tacky arm tattoos -- Kelly needs to stop critiquing others and look in the mirror before stepping out.
