However superstar Rajinikanth will romance only 3 of the 7 actresses. Rajinikanth's ambitious project Rana is making constant news for its female casting. While Deepika Padukone, Asin and South actress Anushka Shetty were reported to be finalized as the three female leads opposite Rajinikanth who plays a triple role in the film, it doesn't end there. Recently Rekha, walked out of the film and Madhuri Dixit who earlier refused the film for being cast as Rajinikanth's sister, showed interest to be a part of the film if she got a better role. With so many actresses in and out of the film, one wonders how many female leads will be there in totality in Rana.
